The Long Mynd (Welsh: Mynydd Hir) is a seven mile long range of hills, heath and moorland in Shropshire that is known for its mercurial temperament where the seasons seem to pass in seconds. But there is more to this landscape than these obvious physical characteristics. Some say that two dragons once fought here and that this is the place where the devil keeps his earthly throne.

These photographs, using techniques such as intentional camera movement, seek to explore these physical and less obvious dimensions. The results, using these approaches, can be seen here:
